- Premium high pressure treatment using Tanalith E (or equivalent modern preservative) – a water-based system with copper and organic biocides that penetrates deep into the timber for exceptional long-term protection.
- Highly resistant to rot, fungal decay, insect attack (including termites), and harsh weather conditions, ideal for ground contact or wet/exposed areas where untreated timber would quickly fail.
- They have extended lifespan which significantly outlasts untreated or lightly treated wood, reducing replacement costs and maintenance.
- Available in two practical lengths: 4.2 m or 4.8m. Please choose the size that best fits your project and minimise cuts/waste.
- These battens have sawn finish, which provides a natural, rustic appearance that suits landscaping and garden applications (initial greenish tint from treatment weathers to an attractive honey-brown then silver-grey over time).

Important: Colour and surface appearance vary naturally and between treatment batches. This product is ungraded and not intended for structural load-bearing applications.
This pressure-treated timber is designed for above-ground use in areas where occasional moisture exposure may occur but not intended for constant ground contact or permanent water immersion. Always seal cut ends and notches with a suitable end-grain sealant to maintain protection and extend service life.
