Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipping normally takes 3-5 days.

  • Deliveries made Monday to Friday, between 7 am and 6 pm.
  • Orders placed before 3pm on weekdays are processed on that day.
  • Orders placed after 3pm on Friday, weekends, or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Access for deliveries

Our deliveries will be made to the kerbside of your property and our delivery charges are based on an adult being present to accept the delivery. This includes on some occasions and with heavier items, assistance with manual or mechanical offload of your items. If you require offload facilities; such as tail-lift or forklift facilities, these can be requested. Please be aware that this may include an additional charge. Someone must sign for the delivery. If no one is available, contact us to arrange for a safe place to leave the goods.

Returns and Refunds

Damage or faulty goods

Report any damage to goods in transit to the delivery driver and The Good Sheet Ltd within seven working days of delivery. Report faults not evident during inspection within one month of delivery.
