Description

Our 25x38mm roofing battens are graded to BS5534 and suitable for use on pitched roofs with slates and tiles. Pressure treated to resist rot, decay, and insect attack, each batten carries a distinctive dyed finish to indicate it has been adequately treated and graded for roofing use. All timber is responsibly sourced from FSC certified forests.

Please Note

Batten colour and brand may vary depending on location and availability typically Blue, Red, or Yellow, but may occasionally be undyed. All battens are graded to BS5534 regardless of colour.

Always apply a suitable end-grain preservative to any cut ends where battens are trimmed on site.
