The Loft Leg provides an innovative, patent-protected solution for maintaining insulation performance in storage lofts. Current UK building regulations recommend 270mm of mineral wool insulation to achieve the required U-value of 0.16 W/m²K. Thermal research demonstrates that compression can reduce insulation efficiency by more than 50%, substantially impacting energy costs. The 175mm Loft Leg, designed to mount on standard 100mm trusses or ceiling joists, delivers a lightweight, high-strength raised floor system that eliminates compression while remaining cost-effective. UK-manufactured from recycled polypropylene and tested to exceed relevant British and European standards, Loft Leg combines sustainability with proven performance.
